This could be the state with the biggest demand for licensed and experienced nurses and other people in the health care industry. The number of medical facilities has increased over the years, and so has the amount of quality candidates, but matching the right candidate with the right facility requires headhunters that focus on that industry.
Other job openings to be filled by qualified candidates include dental assistants, IT analysts, and food service employees as well as hard labor and office staffing. The health care industry has also opened many doors for medical records technicians and social services assistants where executive recruiters are needed to match them. Many of these highly trained medical personnel are still using job boards, but they would do better if they had a recruiter to help.
