All use of the Online Recruiters Directory web site or its services will be considered acceptance by you of the then-current Agreement. If at any time you find the Agreement unacceptable, you should no longer use the web site or services supplied by OSR.
The use of the Online Recruiters Directory Web site and services are a privilege. We reserve the right to suspend this privilege on an individual basis for any reason at any time, based on our sole discretion. Questions concerning the usage of the Online Recruiters Directory Web site or services provided should be directed to Customer Support via our online feedback form.
If you are a recruiter, headhunter or any other service provider and you have asked to be added to this directory you must click the “I agree” button at the end of this agreement. This will be proof of your agreement to the terms of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement a “Recruiter” is defined as any recruiter, search firm, staffing agency or any entity or person that seeks to place jobseekers in positions or seeks to fill open positions for a fee and that adds or publishes its information or profile on Online Recruiters Directory.
OSR established this website to serve its business goals and not any other goals. OSR is the sole interpreter of the intended and acceptable use of this web site and has the right to reject posting by any party without explanation. The contents of this website are the property of OSR. OSR has the right to edit, change or delete any recruiter profile, contact information or any other information or materials submitted by any user. In the event OSR changes, edits or deletes any information of a paid up Gold member, such paid up Gold member shall be entitled to a refund of any fees paid OSR from the date of any change, edit or deletion made by OSR and to no other compensation or damages whatsoever.
If you are a job seeker, OSR will try to distribute your resume to recruiters per your request, however, please note that if the recruiter you have specifically chosen is not enrolled as a paid up Gold member, OSR reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to forward your request to another recruiter that in our judgment reasonably meets your location and industry criteria regardless of whether any such recruiter is a Gold member.
If you are a hiring manager, OSR will try to find recruiters that will be able to assist you with your hiring needs, however, we will not forward your request to the recruiters you asked for unless they are enrolled as a paid up Gold member.
If you are a recruiter, OSR will not be obligated to forward to you jobseekers’ or hiring managers’ requests unless you are enrolled and paid up as a Gold member (see below or contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to get more details). Recruiters which are not enrolled and paid up Gold members should understand that OSR may require a fee or commission form it in the event a hiring manager requests to contact an enrolled recruiter which is not then a paid up Gold member; alternatively OSR may refer any such hiring manager to a recruiter chosen in its discretion notwithstanding the fact a hiring manager has specifically requested to contact such recruiter which is not then a paid up Gold member.
Recruiter may get resumes from candidates. Recruiter is responsible for verifying the information contained in these resumes and OSR accepts no responsibility for the content of any such resume. In particular, but without limitation, the recruiter is responsible for verifying the candidate’s identity, eligibility to work, experience, training, qualifications and authorizations required by the law or by any other relevant source.
Candidates who send their resume in through Online Recruiters Directory understand that Online Recruiters Directory does not accept responsibility for any representation made by recruiters on this web site and has no control over the actions of the recruiters following the sending of the resume or to whom the resume is delivered or forwarded and candidates should realize that confidentiality of their personal information may be breached.
